Vision Measurements is a photographic measurement application for garments. Place the calibrated drawing over the item, capture a high-resolution image of at least 48,000 pixels, and select the measurement points required for the inspection.
The application returns the requested measurements using a specific technical legend, so the same points can be understood consistently by factories, inspectors, manufacturers and quality teams. It supports checks such as chest, length from HPS, sleeve length, cross shoulder, sleeve opening, back neck width, front neck drop and other garment-specific points.
Results can be compared with a supplied size chart and tolerances. Vision Measurements then produces an evaluation report showing where the garment is within specification, where it differs and what needs attention. When the Golden Sample module is active, the checked item can also be compared with the approved reference sample.
